Shaving is not something you or we want to do with someone else’s razor so due to the hygienic standard of our items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on our products. However, in genuine cases such as a damaged/wrong product or missing parts we will ensure that your product is replaced or the missing part is shipped to you. Cosmetic products can only be refunded or returned if a wrong product has been shipped to you or if the product is damaged in any way. Refunds will be made only in rare and genuine cases within 3 days of the order being received. In order to avail a refund or replacement for your shipment, please email email@example.com and we will assist you further.
In the rare case of a refund, we will send you a date of pickup and if the for some reason the product is not given for return to our delivery man, you will have to bear the cost for any future attempts at picking up the product. The refund will not be processed if product is not picked up.
Once our quality assurance team has confirmed that the refund or replacement is acceptable, we shall refund your money subject to the following conditions :-
The product must be unused and in its original condition in order for it to be valid for a refund. The product must be returned along with its order invoice.
If we detect any signs of usage of the product after the return, the product will no longer be valid for a refund.
In the case where the quality team does not approve product for return for any of the above reasons, it will either be destroyed or returned to the customer at their cost.
Cancellations of an order can be made only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations can be made by calling our phone line or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Gift boxes are non refundable
Combo products cannot be returned as individual items
Any used product cannot be returned
